Ronald Gaché serves as the firm’s serves as the firm's Practice Chair. Mr. Gaché came to the firm in February 2011 after spending 23 years with the statewide law firm of Broad and Cassel. In his role as Managing Partner, Mr. Gaché is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s day to day practice. Mr. Gaché is a Florida Bar Board Certified Business Litigation Attorney and uses his experience to guide and direct the foreclosure, litigation and trial teams within the firm. He is also the firm’s point of contact for the Florida courts, in particular, the chief judges of the various circuits. In addition, Mr. Gaché oversees the firm’s compliance with its clients’ audit requirements, as well as the implementation of the firm’s overall practices and procedures. Mr. Gaché received his BA, cum laude, from Washington & Lee University, and his JD from the University of Florida College of Law. He is AV® Rated by Martindale Hubbell and has consistently been listed as a “Florida Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics magazine, “Top Attorney” in Commercial Litigation by the South Florida Legal Guide and a “Florida Legal Elite” attorney in Business Law and Litigation. He has served on several Florida Bar committees and currently serves on a select committee of business litigation attorneys chosen by the Florida Supreme Court which recently completed drafting Florida’s first Standard Jury Instructions for Business and Contract Cases. |

After acting as the supervising attorney for the firm's default practice for many years, Ms. Porter was named Partner in 2018 and now serves as the firm's Practice Chair. Ms. Porter continues to supervise all aspects of the firm's default services practice on behalf of mortgage lenders and servicers throughout Minnesota. Ms. Porter is also a designated HUD Foreclosure Commissioner. |
