Prior to joining LOGS Network, Jason served as the president of title & abstract and owner of ERA Rising Realty. Jason held senior positions at the Blackstone controlled entities, B2r Finance and Invitation Homes.

Kay Schinker has over 30 years of experience in the default industry. She has wide range of experience working in Senior positions for Mortgage Servicers, Outsourcers and Law firms. As Chief Operating Officer she is responsible for the oversight and strategic vision for our operations teams across our entire Network. She is data driven leader who sets the bar at excellence and paths her teams to continually take steps towards achieving it.

Mark has over twenty-five years of accounting, auditing, and financial operations experience. He served as Controller for Financial Compliance before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Mark has extensive experience in law firm operations, financial systems design and implementation, and expertise in benefits plan design and oversight. He is also experienced in M&A activity, including due diligence initiatives and modeling, and possesses a keen awareness of the importance of financial compliance and related best practices. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in accounting and a Masters of Tax degree.

As Chief Compliance Officer Jacqueline is responsible for the oversight and strategic development of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Department. Jacqueline developed the GRC department function in 2011 to address the rapidly developing regulatory compliance requirements thrust upon law firms during the mortgage crisis. Prior to 2011, Jacqueline was the Senior National Operations Manager. In this role, Jacqueline was responsible for driving operational standardization and other critical business strategies throughout the enterprise.

Christopher Phillips joined LOGS in 2008 as Managing Partner for Shapiro, Van Ess, Phillips & Barragate, LLP. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, he has spent nearly 20 years specializing in Creditor Rights, Real Estate, Title Insurance, Real Estate Settlements, REO Representation and related Litigation. Christopher is an active member in the community and participates in several industry associations including MBA, ALFN and Legal League 100. Christopher received his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from University of Toledo in Toledo, OH.
