Daniel Schmidt is the Executive Vice President responsible for domestic and off-shore business process outsourcing for the LOGS Legal Network. 

Previously Dan was Vice President and Operations Site Manager for multiple client domestic and off-shore default outsourcing with First American. There he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, loss and risk management, client and vendor relations, foreclosure and bankruptcy timeline performance; as well as strategic deployment, management and maintenance of off-shore default business process outsourcing. 

Dan has 30 years of default management experience and prior to First American has served in Officer and Management capacities with multiple mortgage servicing corporations; these included Fleet Mortgage, Lomas & Nettleton Mortgage, Citicorp Mortgage, Kislak Mortgage and the outsourcing division of LOGS Financial Services, Inc.

Dan is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin.
