Steven R. Rubenstein is Vice President of Facilities Management Services, Inc. He has worked to coordinate LOGS' growth during the past 14 years. His expertise in commercial real estate acquisition and negotiation has enhanced LOGS' ability to meet its needs for rapid national expansion. Mr. Rubenstein developed LOGS' facilities management service model, and he is responsible for LOGS' and its managed customers' corporate real estate needs. His turnkey approach allows LOGS to open fully operational offices in a short period of time.

Mr. Rubenstein has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, interior design, construction management, and furniture and furnishings procurements. He is a graduate of the City University of New York. In addition to his bachelor's degree, he has a Certified Facility Management designation from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
