Janet W. Bennett is a Vice President of LOGS and manages the LOGS REO division. Before joining LOGS, Ms. Bennett was a regional operations manager for Meritus, a nationwide default/REO management company. Ms. Bennett's responsibilities included developing the REO service guidelines for Meritus, which were eventually adopted on a nationwide basis. Ms. Bennett has more than 10 years of mortgage servicing experience with Pioneer Savings Bank in a variety of default servicing positions, including foreclosure, collections, and REO. After Pioneer was placed in receivership by the RTC, Ms. Bennett was retained to manage the Pioneer RTC REO portfolio.

LOGS hired Ms. Bennett in 1995 to create an REO management division. She is currently the Vice President of REO Services. LOGS REO provides post-sale service, including eviction coordination, asset marketing, management, disposition, and closing services for residential real estate on a nationwide basis. Ms. Bennett is responsible for quality control that includes semi-annual performance audits and statistical documentation. She is responsible for the design of internal service outlines based on individual client's policies and procedures.
