Home Retention / Loss Mitigation Counselor

We are a full service default company specializing in providing assistance to the residential mortgage industry.

Responsibilities of the Loss Mitigation Counselor will be to handle both inbound and outbound calls, interview borrowers and provide the appropriate financial solutions based on the guidelines provided by management.

This position requires daily interaction with management, clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of Loss Mitigation/Foreclosure experience. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
